1 Kings 20

     What's Mine Is Mine

What does the enemy require of you? What will you do about it? What threats do you face, should you refuse to willingly surrender? How will you protect yourself, and that which the Lord has given you? Benhadad, the king of Syria, has boldly claimed the riches and the wives of Ahab, king of Israel. It is not okay to willingly and passively consent to the demands of the enemy, even if the enemy is strong. Psalm 91 tells us how to overcome the enemy. Remember that it is by the Lord's strength that we do sustain. He will protect us. We need only to dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.

Dwell and abide. Abide there, with the Lord, and the enemy cannot come near you. Dwell with Him, and He will sustain you.
