1 Kings 19

     A Still Small Voice

There are times that seem too difficult for us. Some of us seek that our life may be ended. "It is too much for me", we may say. It is not. God's grace is sufficient for us. We can do all things through Christ which strengthens us. The strong wind blows and the earth quakes, but God is not in them. There He is, in the still, small voice. Hearken to that voice and be encouraged. We each have a purpose in service for God, and none of which includes "death". It's appointed to man that we die once, and after that, the judgment. Until that time, we must forget about ourselves, magnify the Lord, to worship Him. We will be encouraged. Nothing is too great for God.

If it seems that there are those who purpose to seek your life to end it, don't be dismayed. God is whispering to you in your storm. He is saying, eat and get thee up, for thy journey is long. Somebody needs you. Your time is not yet come.
