Father, I pray in Jesus' name. Please clean me from sin. I have not walked in a way that is pleasing to You. I have come short of it. Please forgive me and help me to want to do better. We have so many people who need one another to help with issues of life that I don't want to waste time being "less than" what You would have for my life. It's important for me to stay close to You, Lord. I don't like fear at all, and when I am not in Your good grace all I do is fear. I am afraid of this great big world and how delicate I am without Your protection. You have strengthened me to overcome seemingly impossible situations. Here I am now, Lord. I will not make Your name to be a mockery to those around me. I will try to uphold Your name well in all that I do. Please help me to that end. I pray in Jesus' name, amen.
