Father, I am sorry for the sin I have committed. I knew my actions would be sinful, even before I acted them out. My sin began when I imagined myself doing what I know is wrong. I knew the nature of these thoughts, yet I meditated on the whole thing. The allure of this premeditated sin was more appealing than the sin manifest.
